How to Convert mp4 to gif Offline? - If you could send your crush a cute GIF image from their video, instead of just simple text, that would be really cute, right? Hi guys, today I wanna show you how to convert mp4 to gif offline using your Android tablet.

As you know already, now people all over the world are using popular messaging apps like Whatsapp or Telegram so they can get in touch with their relatives, colleagues or friends easily using their phone or tablet.

The coolest thing is, not only can you send simple text in this app, but now you can also send some cute attractive emoticons or GIF image in your messages so your messages will not be boring to read.


Speaking about GIF image, it's actually quite easy to create a GIF image from our mp4 video.

If you currently have a video and you want to show the interesting part of that video to your family or friends, now you can turn that video into an animated GIF, so it will be really compact in size and not consume a lot of your data when you're trying to send it through Whatsapp or Telegram.

Today I'm going to show you how to convert mp4 to gif offline using this awesome app that I use everyday - Video Cutter.


Okay, the first thing you need to do here is fire up your Google Play Store on your tablet.


Now in the search bar, find an app called "Video Cutter". It is a great app by the way. And you can do a bunch of video editing stuff through this app. Okay, if you have found it, now download it on your tablet.


After the downloading process is finished, now open the app. And then, allow this app to access your storage so it can find all of the videos that you keep on your tablet. After that, now I'm going to show you how to convert mp4 to gif offline.


As you can see, once you open the app, there's a bunch of options that you can choose from if you want to edit your videos. Now select "GIF" in the options.


After selecting GIF option, now the app is gonna ask you to locate the video that you want to edit and turn into a GIF image. Now find your video inside the folder presented on the screen.


If you have found the folder that contains your video, now select the video that you would like to turn into an animated GIF.

As an example, I pick the video from Epic NPC called "How to talk to attractive woman?" that I will convert into a gif image.

Okay, this is the interesting part. Once you've selected the video, you will need to choose which part in that video that you would like to recreate as a gif image.


After finding the part that you want to turn into a gif image, now press the Arrow button on the top right corner.


After pressing the arrow button, the app is going to ask you to choose the quality of the gif image. You can set it to 240p resolution if you want. But if you want to get a better quality gif image, I suggest you to pick the higher resolution.


The app will also ask you to enter the filename of your gif image. But if you are too lazy to do that, you can choose the default name that the app is giving in the field.


Okay, now you're good to go. Press OK to start converting your video into a gif image.


Once the process begins, it will take a couple seconds or minutes before it presents the file to you. Now wait for a moment until the process is finished.


Okay, after the converting process is finished, you can see your gif image by pressing "Play" in the options presented on the screen. Now press it to see what your gif image looks like.

If you want to locate the gif image that you just created, you can find it easily in the internal storage of your tablet. The file you're looking for can be found inside the folder 'VCutter/GIF'. You can use file explorer that comes with your tablet or you can also use my favorite file explorer - Xplore.
