As it's name implies, Asphalt Street Storm indeed will evolve around drag racing competition. But interestingly, Gameloft takes a different approach when developing this game. So Asphalt Street Storm is a totally different game when compared to Asphalt 8: Airborne. In fact, it's nothing like Asphalt 8: Airborne or any other Asphalt games you've ever played before.
But interestingly, the game gets even more challenging as you enter to the much harder difficulty or competition. The opponents will be tougher and so much faster. And you will be required to tap the gas at optimal time as the gear shifts one-by-one and speed up your car.
As mentioned above, Asphalt Street Storm is free to download. But you can also spend your money in this game through its in-app purchasing system, ranging from $0.99 all the way up to $99 basically to upgrade your car body, engines, accessories and many other stuff.
Compared to Asphalt 8: Airborne, of course this game can be really boring to play especially if you're already a huge fan of this series. But if you have some free time to waste, this actually can still be really fun to play.
Of course, not many people will like this game or even hate it, but apart from that, it's still really interesting to see a new type of game like this on Google Play Store. Hopefully, we will get to see more interesting stuff from Gameloft in the near future.
Anyway, if you're into car racing games, go check out Asphalt Street Storm on Google Play Store. It's FREE!
